Hey guy’s just a little fun fact for you all, and its called the Turnover number! You may now say turnover number ? what’s that ? ……

Well it is only the maximum number of substrate molecules that can be turned into a product by one molecule of enzyme per minute. Basically it’s a measure of an enzyme’s catalytic power.
