Enzymology !!

Hey guy’s just a little fun fact for you all, and its called the Turnover number! You may now say turnover number ? what’s that ? ……

Well it is only the maximum number of substrate molecules that can be turned into a product by one molecule of enzyme per minute. Basically it’s a measure of an enzyme’s catalytic power. 

So now that we know what the turnover number is, I would like you all to please guess which enzyme has the greatest turnover number, and exactly what is the number ? You can leave your answer in the comment box below 🙂 Thank you
